If there was ever a wedding that checked every box—emotional, stylish, and insanely fun—it was Jaden and Jackson’s big day at Toast in Ankeny, Iowa. As Iowa City and Cedar Rapids wedding videographers, we get to see a lot of venues, but Toast’s industrial chic vibe (paired with the most amazing staff and service) made this day unforgettable.

From the very start, emotions were running high in the best way possible. Jaden cried during the letters, during the first look with her dad, and again during the first look with Jackson—and honestly, we loved every second of it. These moments of real emotion are what we live for when filming weddings.

And can we talk about the décor? White Willow Events absolutely nailed it with gorgeous florals and a black-and-white checkered dance floor that gave the reception so much character. The details were stunning but never over-the-top—just the perfect mix of modern, classy, and fun.

The Story Behind the Love
Jaden and Jackson’s story is as sweet (and unexpected) as it gets—it all started with a bee sting. Jackson helped Jaden out in that moment, and from then on, they were inseparable. Fast forward to this day filled with heartfelt toasts, happy tears, and the kind of celebration you wish could last forever.
